We rewind and repair single and three phase motors (including vertical, horizontal, slip ring (wound rotor), synchronous,) also, DC motors, armatures, generators, and specialty coils. We are able to handle fractional HP through 800 HP, possibly larger, depending on the design. We always evaluate the cost of repairs versus new motor replacement and advise our customer, if we feel the motor is uneconomical to repair. We rewind and repair inductors coils, re-coop transformers, and specialty transformers.
We offer quality work, labor and materials using Class F-H winding materials, and the inverter duty spike resistant wire, Class H varnish, and quality bearings. We strive to give our customers quick turnaround, especially if our customer is in an emergency breakdown situation. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy and their motors operating to eliminate costly shutdown time. We have been a member of EASA for 51 years, following their standards and test procedures. Also, we offer free pick-up and delivery.
